So glad you’re here! I’m Elisabeth (she/her).

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist: a master's-level psychotherapist who works with adults and teens who are dealing with mental health issues, relationships, or life transitions.

Some of my values

01

Compassion

I’ll listen with empathy and provide compassion and support. But more importantly, I can help you cultivate self-compassion. Self-compassion isn’t giving yourself a pass; it’s a practice of accepting your human-ness and giving yourself grace as you learn, grow, and change.

02

Curiosity

Yes, I’m curious about all aspects of what it’s like to be you—but I also want to spark your curiosity about you. Your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, beliefs, and behavior patterns all tell a story. When we get curious about these stories, we can rewrite them — or create new ones.

03

Advocacy

Trauma-informed care means nothing if it doesn’t also include activism and advocacy for/with those who have been harmed by oppressive and violent systems. I also help clients to advocate for themselves and enlist support when needed.
